The Ohio County Public Library serves the Wheeling community by providing informational, educational, cultural, and technological information and opportunities. Here you can find books, Audio CDs, DVDs, Magazines, Newspapers, Digital E-books, Digital audiobooks, Digital magazines, Digital newspapers, E-learning courses, and more. TSG worked closely with OCPL to create an app that syncs with their Web site to put need-to-know items like events, news, departments and more in the hands of their users. The app also gives OCPL the power to send push notifications for reminders, annoucements and alerts.
